Seaham Watersports Building is part of the Seaham Harbour Marina phase three works. The project has been awarded the 2017 regional RTPI special chairs award. The centre provides changing facilities, showers, kayak storage and office space. The development also offers a programme of courses in kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding and other activities.
